I used to work here decades ago when it was a Mann Theatre and I have to say, the upgrades they did to this theatre once Regency took it over have improved upon the space immensely. Yes, you lost a few screens, but the new theaters have improved seats that are super comfortable. The lobby is incredibly open and inviting (and full of natural light due to the all glass front). Picture quality is good and so is the sound. It's really a great place to come and see films off the beaten track. I love that they have kept this theatre an art house after all these years. It's a dying breed and South Orange County is lucky to have this option. I will say that back in the day parking wasn't that great. And now that they've added a Starbucks (with a very busy drive thru) and a Suzzie Cakes to one corner of the lot, it's gotten worse. If there's a popular film showing here, there's a good chance you are going to have to park in the 'overflow' lot further away and walk over to the theatre. Not ideal. The clientele has always skewed older for this location. I don't knock the location for that, but I do see some review complaining about movie goers so I just want to point that out so you know what you're getting yourself in to. It's not the theatre's fault so don't get mad at them if there are some 'rude' customers.

Wow, definitely a hidden gem of a movie theater in South OC. Was in town visiting family for the holidays and inclined to do something different than Regal at the Spectrum or Cineopolis, and found this awesome place. No lines, affordable tickets, comfortable seating, exceptional picture quality and sound, and friendly staff! There's also a full bar and an extremely diverse menu selection of food and drinks, in addition to the standard popcorn and soda. Watched a movie in theater #8, which apparently is the "Director's Cut" screen, and highly impressed! Reclining leather seats and stadium seating complement the theater. Regency Theaters really know how to provide the movie-going experience, this is the same company that operates the Regency Fox Theater in Westwood adjacent to UCLA, which hosts a lot of red carpet premieres. A big shoutout to the management and staff here; they provide exceptional hospitality. Definitely found my new go-to movie theater whenever I'm in town.

This is definitely our go-to location going forward. It's the only way to enjoy a movie, especially Auditorium 8! Top-notch spacious recliner seats, clean, and best yet, you can enjoy wine in a real wine glass! Friendly staff, many lounge seating areas, nice concessions, a bar with food purchase options, and ample parking. A visit is the only way to experience this neighborhood gem.

This isn't the closest cinema to me, but it's not the farthest, either. I honestly tend to forget it's here sometimes, as my mind gravitates toward Regal. However, this is a great little spot! They have all/many of the mainstream films, and also some that don't get as wide of viewings. Comfortable seats and good popcorn - can't go wrong! 2024: 83/100

I love this place so much, its the only place i go to watch movies anymore. Its the only place I will actually order popcorn at because its a resonable price. Gentleman at the front door that usually checks tickets is very pleasant. I usually go to matinees as well so its never crowded at that time and I can always get great seats.
